Our Managing Director
Brett has been in the marine industry for the past 22 years managing and owning brokerages throughout NSW and Queensland now based on the Gold Coast.
Brett started in the marine industry as a broker at Horizon Shores Marina, one of the biggest privately owned marinas in Australia, and after several years bought the brokerage business.
His passion for the marine industry then grew when he began importing boats for his growing Australian clientele. While accessing overseas markets, he secured several sole agency boat dealerships in the 35ft - 100ft range.
The business of importing boats has often been challenging, and as a result Brett is experienced in roles including negotiating business deals and contracts, managing freight and understanding government regulations from countries such as China, Japan, USA, Taiwan and New Zealand.
This experience of importing boats has not only made this part of the job extremely rewarding but has led Brett to the "perfect" product for the Australian cruiser market. Integrity Motor Yachts.
Brett works closely with the Integrity factory team from design to construction, ensuring all Integrity Yachts have complete Australian compliances and meet all Australian standards. This means an efficient and hassle free delivery for Integrity clients.

Peter has been working with Brett for the past 22 years, both as a business partner and sales manager for some of his boat businesses.
