What some of our customers are sayingTestimonials

Dear Brett and Peter

I have been involved in boating all of my life and know exactly what I want and don't want in a boat, and as you know it still took me the best part of two years to make my final purchase decision. I chose the Integrity 320 Explorer for quite a few reasons but one thing that really stood out for me was the level of service and attention you provided me during the purchase process, and particularly your efforts in personally delivering the boat to me in Adelaide.

This was just so clean, professional and completely worry free and reinforced my good judgment in your company and the product I chose.

I wanted a boat that was low maintenance and easy to look after as I still travel a lot, plus I wanted a boat that was easy to get on a off and the full walk around decks really made that possible. But mostly I wanted a boat with traditional clean lines, a nautical feel and not just a caravan on water. I was also looking for value for money with my purchase and my new Integrity 320 delivers all that and much more.

I am more than happy to recommend your company and your product and if you have anybody around Adelaide or in South Australia wanting to see one of your boats I would be happy and proud to show them mine.

Good job and good luck boy's, from a very happy customer and please feel free to pass on my contact details to anyone who may want to ask me about my experience.

Integrity 350 MKII Flybridge

Dear Brett,

I’d like to extend my sincerest thanks to you and your team for the first class service and support you provided when purchasing our new 350. Rosie and I are extremely happy with our boat and find it perfect for our needs. It’s not until you use the boat that you gain an appreciation for the extensive living/entertaining areas, not to mention the spacious stateroom.

As you are aware we navigated a safe journey from the Gold Coast to Sydney as our first voyage and the boat outperformed all expectations. The wide side decks ensured we always felt safe and comfortable and she handled the tricky conditions with ease. She is also quite an easy boat to dock and manoevre in tight areas and I’m really happy with the fact that she is very conservative on fuel.

You’re definitely on a winner with the 350’s, and it’s comforting to know that you and your team will always be available to assist with service and support. We look forward to spending many wonderful days and nights away on the boat with our family and friends.

Thank you again for introducing us to the Integrity brand.

Kind regards

John and Rosie Hepburn

We brought our new Integrity 32 Motor Cruiser Sedan,“Talisman” home this morning from GCC Marina. Brett had offered to help Bill bring her home and we were very grateful for his assistance.

We must say that your service from the Integrity team has been flawless. You have seen to every minute detail on the vessel and if something needs attention it is dealt with immediately and with good grace.

We know that buying a new vessel can be fraught with problems, particularly in the after sales service department. I commend you for your attention to detail and your help in arranging various optional additions to the vessel.

We are now anxious to get on the water and start enjoying our new boat.

Robyn and I feel confident that we have a dedicated backup team should we need you. What a great feeling!

Thanks again,

Boating Instruction, Personal Tuition and Boat Deliveries

To whom it may Concern,

I recently had the pleasure of delivering an Integrity 350 MK11 Motor Cruiser from the Gold Coast to Pittwater in Sydney.

Although I had already done several training sessions with clients on these boats locally and a couple of bar Crossings and short deliveries I certainly did not realise this boats  full potential in open water until I delivered one to Sydney.

This was done early December and the weather was ordinary to put it mildly, an average of 2 to 3 metre seas and 20 to 25 knots gusting to 35 knots from the North East  meant most of this trip we copped the sea on the port side beam, usually very very unpleasant and not really safe travelling.

However I was astounded with this boats performance in more than one way, not only was she very good in a beam sea but also a following sea and punching straight in to it.

We certainly tried her in all conditions including heavy rain and storm conditions and even ended up stuck in a strong wind warning before and when we crossed the Yamba Bar.

The boats normal speed is 8 to 10 Knots but in the currents we maintained 11 to 12 knots for long periods and even recorded a top speed of 15.3 Knots dropping gently down a wave.

All aboard felt safe at all times and there was nothing unpredictable to worry about even with the occasional rogue wave popping up out of nowhere.

I would highly recommend this boat for anyone wanting to go coastal cruising as I found her as safe and as soft riding as you could possibly expect a boat of this size to be and I would happily talk to anyone who wanted more information about her ability at sea.

Well Done!  Mr Integrity, I take my hat off  to you on such a well designed and  sea kindly craft.

Dear Brett and Peter,

Just thought we’d drop you a line as we are now a little over half way in our trip north to deliver our boat Much Karma to AirlieBeach , and we’d like to say how thrilled we are with her performance so far.  She’s also a great looking boat and turns heads wherever we go.

We enjoyed reasonably favourable weather for the first few days of our journey from Brisbane , but encountering fairly sloppy 2m seas beam on around Double Island Point which gave us our first taste of how well this boat would handle off shore conditions.  We have travelled today from Gladstone through the narrows and then across 3m seas and 25 plus knot winds in KeppelBay to our destination at RosslynBay. The swell was SE and while some of the bigger sets when taken beam on put my heart in my mouth the boat just loved it. Particularly enjoyable was when we had a following sea and I was able to get her up to 14.8 knots surfing the waves. We are relatively inexperienced with this style of boat at no stage did we lack any confidence in the boat’s ability to handle these conditions and she didn’t miss a beat.

We’d like to thank you guys for your diligence and determination to build our boat to survey standard, as we’re well aware of the problems and hurdles that were involved in doing so.  You’ve both been extremely helpful, friendly and interested in ensuring we achieved a great result for her intended use as a charter vessel, and above all confirming we made the right decision when we purchased our Integrity 350 Mark 11. It was good to be as involved as we were with this process, which included the opportunity to visit the factory in China to see our boat during the construction stage and to have the level of input we did regarding the various particular modifications and features that we requested.

We’d also like to thank Allan and all the staff involved in the factory for both their hospitality on our visit and their efforts towards making our boat the awesomest boat in the world!

Best regards from Much Karma Integrity owners,

Extract from the Cruising log of John Sullivan's " Black Label " Integrity 350 Motor Cruiser, currently on his way up the east coast all the way to the top of Australia and then across to New Guinea.

The weather was predicted to be 15 knots and 2.5 meters of swell. It turned out about right except that some of the swells were well over 3 meters once we passed Noosa.
This was the first time we were able to gauge the Integrity’s sea keeping ability. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that she handled the mostly beam on sea with great comfort. I was told to expect a lot of roll from these “trawler” style boats in a beam sea but “Black Label” showed very little tendency to pitch from side to side, instead she tended to rise and fall fairly flat. I suspect the oversize beam width on these 35 Integrity's changes the rules somewhat. The ride was so good that Annie went to sleep for 4 hours on the saloon lounge. We crossed the Wide Bay bar at 3.00pm on the dot in sloppy conditions but it presented no problems.

Final Extract from John and Annie Sullivan's Mega Trip North (6 Months Away)
The time had come after 6 months to bring the adventure to an end as we steamed off heading for Hope Island marina on the Gold Coast. We had an uneventful trip down and arrived at the marina at midday. It was an anti climax of sorts to tie up, step off the boat and declare that “We were home”
To sum up the trip I would say that the bulk of it was terrific, we both had a great time and brought back some fabulous memories. We met some lovely people along the way as you do on trips like this and made many new friends. The boat performed faultlessly and was just brilliant to drive in all conditions. We did approx. 2,500 miles and averaged 12.2 litres per hour at an average speed of 7.8 knots (9 mph).

After months of searching for the right boat that suited our family (2 adults, kids and 3 dogs) we came across the Integrity for the second time. We had looked at it in the beginning of our search but thought it was too small for us but on looking at many other boats we came back to the Integrity.

It offered more space outside of the cabin with its large flybridge and walk around decks. We didn’t want to be trapped inside the cabin all the time and also it gave the dogs a outside exercise area. The teak inside was impressive and easy to keep clean. There was excellent cupboard space everywhere you looked and if it didn’t suit, the salesman was happy to adjust the design for you. The refrigeration works very well and storage in the lazarett is enormous.

They have really thought of everything in this boat and kept the price affordable to other boats but then again you really can’t compare the Integrity stand out of the crowd. We did have our doubts with it being made in China, but the quality control from Australia was exceptional. While it was being built we had regular emails with photos at every stage of completion to make sure we were happy.

We have had our Integrity for 4mths and all the family and extended family love it too. The salesmen at Integrity were very helpful and the service we received by other staff was friendly too. They always remembered our names and treated us honestly.

This boat is achievable and well worth the money.

We recently took delivery of our new Integrity 350 Cruiser and arranged for it to be road transported to Melbourne before delivering her by sea across Bass Strait to Launceston. We were a little apprehensive about the sea voyage as the boat was new and although had done some shake down cruising had not been seriously to sea. There was no information on the ability of this model at sea as the 350 is basically a new model.

Brett Flanagan, the importer, had assured us that the boat was capable of the Bass Strait crossing and we organised for our friend and very experienced offshore sailor Ken Gourley to come with us. We prepared the boat properly at the Sandringham Marina and set sail across Port Phillip Bay on a Thursday morning at 9.00 am.

The trip across the bay was uneventful although the visibility was extremely poor. Port Phillip heads however lived up to their reputation by hitting us with some particular nasty sea conditions which nearly caused us to change our minds about the crossing. The Integrity however handled the conditions with ease and steamed out the heads at 8 knots without putting a foot wrong. In fact all three of us where extremely impressed with how sure footed and comfortable the boat was in such a rough and confused sea.

The crossing of the strait was done at about 8 Knots and with a 17 to 20 Knot SSW wind and a sea of up to 2 Metres, a little forward of the beam. The Integrity handled these most difficult conditions easily and again we were delighted with the ride and comfort. The boat was very stable and the roll was almost very acceptable compared with many other boats of this type.

Fuel consumption for the whole trip worked out to be around 18 to 19 Ltr per Hr at around an 8 to 8.5 knot cruise. Considering the sea conditions this is very good consumption and works out to a little under 2 Ltr per nautical mile

I would like to thank Brett and his team for their excellent service and hassle free dealings. Brett delivered on everything he promised and we now have an excellent new Integrity 350 down here in Tasmania. Hopefully there will be many more to come down this way in the future.

LIVING THE DREAM

A dream to cruise the coast of Australia is finally a reality.

After many years working as a professional skipper in the Whitsunday’s Mals dream was to buy a boat and cruise Australia. Mal & I decided to sell up and retire aboard a motor vessel.  The search for the right type of boat was on.

After looking at a new 426 Integrity at the Sanctuary Cove Boat show we settled on the new INTEGRITY 446 CMY displacement hull. The layout suited us both to live aboard. Ours being the first hull of this model  Zhuhai Janghua Marine & Engineering Co. Ltd China (builders of Integrity ) were more than happy to adjust their plans to includes the changes we wanted to the interior. The boat took 18months to build. Unfortunately for us the factory was relocated just after the order was placed. The wait proved to be worthwhile.

The boat handles extremely well especially in a head sea. Fitted with 210 6BT Cummins engines fuel consumption is remarkable for a boat this size. As to the interior finish the workmanship is comparable if not better than any we have seen. We decided to have all electronics and covers fitted in Australia.

The Australian Importer changed after we took delivery and we have to say the new dealer Brett Flanagan located on the Gold Coast has been very helpful to us.

People have often asked why we decided to have the boat built in China and are we concerned about warranty issues if they arise. With the issues we have had so far the manufacturer in China has been very helpful. We are happy to stand behind their product and service.

We look forward to many enjoyable years onboard out Integrity 446.
