Earlier this year, Integrity Motor Yachts put the call out to join an owners’ Moreton Bay Rendezvous and many answered. We had a grand fleet of Integrity Motor Yachts join us for a weeklong cruise of greater Moreton Bay with much fun and laughter.
Starting out on the Gold Coast, the first stop was the Southport Yacht Club’s Dux Anchorage at Hollywell. Next was Deanbilla Bay on the inside of North Stradbroke Island before heading into Myora where the crew spent two nights.
Supported by a professional captain and a large RIB, the group took the opportunity for a day excursion to the Little Ship’s Club at Dunwich. It was there the group made the most of the club’s hospitality and large lawns for a game of Finnska (Finnish bocce).
The ultimate destination was Kooringal on the southernmost tip of Moreton Island and it was well worth the trip. Sitting at the Gutter Bar eating fresh oysters and seafood, it was pure bliss. Last stop was Canaipa on Russel Island to find our Finnska champion. It was a great trip and one we hope to do again very soon.
