We’re excited to announce the arrival of our first 330 Sedan into Western Australia and thanks to new owner Mark Mitcheson-Low for sharing with us his thoughts on the boat and his experience when purchasing the boat.
Why did you choose the Integrity Motor Yachts 330 Sedan?
We looked at a lot of boats when we decided we wanted a new boat, and most boats in the WA market are sports cruiser style boats and we were looking for something a little different. We visited Sanctuary Cove and inspected the 330 Sedan and it ticked all the boxes for us. We were looking for something that is designed for entertaining but is also safe at sea with good seakeeping. The walk around side decks of the 330 are great and the open plan layout from the saloon through to the cockpit was just perfect for what we wanted. We also thought that the sedan profile was classic and very elegant and easily able to fit under the bridges to travel up river.
Where will you use your boat?
We will berth the boat on the Swan River and use it a lot of the time to entertain. We’ll also head over to Rottnest Island and do some exploring up and down the coast. The boat I believe is designed perfectly for our market as we get strong winds most afternoons and the boat with the galley and entertaining done above decks means the breeze will make it very comfortable and if the” Fremantle Doctor “as the breeze is known as is too strong the 330 is perfect for entertaining and exploring the river. Most of the sports cruisers we inspected all have galleys below decks and they really aren’t comfortable below deck in hot weather which we regularly experience in the west.
How was your experience purchasing the boat and what has the back up service been like from Integrity?
The service has been brilliant. Peter and Brett did all they could for us when we inspected the boats at Sanctuary Cove, and then since we decided to purchase the boat the whole process has been very good. There’s quite a lot of logistics involved to get the boat to WA and Integrity ensured that all of the key contacts were available for smooth shipping and when the boat arrived. There’s been a few little issues we’ve had to fix and Peter has been fantastic in helping get those things sorted for us.
