Over the coming months we will catch up with each of them yet for this edition, we spoke with Terry Ryan of Pier35 Boat Sales and Adam Workman from AW Marine.
Terry Ryan

Just a short stretch up the Yarra River and under the Westgate Bridge you will find Pier35 Boat Sales. Terry is the Dealer Principal and has spent his life cruising the waterways of Victoria and northern Tasmania. A diesel mechanic by trade, he made his career working on boats then in 2012, he joined the Integrity Motor Yacht dealer network.
“They are a range of boats which are exceptional value for money and capable of long-range cruising which, in this area of the world, is important. A lot of former competitive sailors or not so competitive sailors appreciate the design and we have seen significant growth in the last two years,” explained Terry.
“As the fleet of Integrity owners grows in Victoria, we are looking forward to arranging and leading rendezvous in the region. We could cruise out to King Island or Flinders Island. Yet Lake’s Entrance and Refuge Cove along the Victorian coastline are definite. These boats are perfect for that kind of cruising.”
While Terry is busy representing the Integrity Motor Yacht range, his team also supports cruising families. Calling on his trade skills, the Pier35 Boat Sales team manages all the service and maintenance needs of an expanding fleet, right down to the antifoul.

Adam Workman
Dealer Principal, AW Marine
Adam is proudly a New South Welshman born and bred. His formative years were spent cruising Botany Bay on trawler-style boats to beaches only accessible by water. Not much has changed since then as he will tell you there is nowhere better in Australia to cruise than the Hawkesbury River and Pittwater.
Adam got involved with the Integrity Motor Yacht Range in 2009 as it was a style of boat he appreciated and foster a lifestyle he loves. “If I didn’t like them, I wouldn’t sell them,” he explained. “We have a very passionate group of Integrity owners in NSW known as ‘Team Integrity’. We get together regularly to cruise the waterways of New South Wales taking our time to savour the journey and the environment,” continued Adam.
